About trim sizes and finished PDFs
The tool uses each page's TrimBox. If it is missing, it uses ArtBox, CropBox or MediaBox and shows a warning so you can check the finished size. MediaBox, CropBox and BleedBox are set to the trim size plus 3 mm on every edge.
This changes page boxes and adds ticks. It does not generate missing artwork bleed or remove existing printer's marks. Use your original exported PDFs each time; processing a finished PDF again adds another set of ticks. Check a sample in your normal preflight workflow before production.
Batches can total up to 2 GB, with a 1 GB limit per PDF. Batches above 250 MB save directly to a folder using desktop Chrome or Edge over HTTPS. Allow access to the folder you choose; a new output subfolder is created for each run. Files are processed and saved individually rather than collected into a large ZIP. Large individual PDFs still depend on your computer's available memory.
Password-protected PDFs and PDFs with scaled page units are not supported. Empty folders are retained when you drag in a folder; the browser's folder picker only exposes folders containing files. If you cancel direct saving, PDFs that have already finished remain in the output folder.
